Lisbon is the perfect scenic backdrop for a photo shoot. From the centuries old São Jorge's Castle, to the labyrinth of colourful houses and winding streets of the fado-loving district Alfama, to hip modern neighbourhoods like Chiado and Bairro Alto, Lisbon is one of the most diverse and beautiful cities in the world.
As a photographic plus, Lisbon is also famous for the magic quality of its light, which some say, results from a combination of the reflections of sunlight from the Tagus River and from the city's white limestone pavements, made up of small often laid out like mosaics and known as "Calçada Portuguesa".
